If you have a boss, they probably have a pretty tough job. They’ve got to manage you, for starters!

If you are a boss, then put up your feet, relax, take it easy, and prepare to receive appreciation in the form of copious amounts of hugs from your employees and underlings.

That’s right folks, Hug Your Boss Day is a mandatory workplace requirement; and disciplinary steps may be taken with non-participants!

She knows my word is my bond, so when I say I have done something it has been done. It's a two way street where trust and respect must come into play for a good relationship. We spend our most productive part of our lives at work and I think you should be happy there and so far I have had that. Again, I count myself as a lucky worker.

I don't need to see my boss to be motivaed. I know what I have to do, will take phone instructions and she knows it will be done. When she goes on vacation and I will not see or sometimes not hear her I will still do my work. I'm very fortunate because I can play my games even when she's in the office. I make sure my work is done, but must play a game or two during the day.

Not a nice person Thea??? I have been fortunate in my working life in having great bosses that treat me as an equal and hugging them is nothing new. I'm crazy anyhow.

Neither will I. And if I did, he would call the police and I would lose my job ? my boss sots in a 'castle' far away and has no idea what we do. No love here

Lol, I'm not sure if my boss (and wife) knows all we do at work either, and we are 3,5 persons working in our print shop.

But all are welcome to play the tournament. If you don't want to hug your boss, find someone else to hug. ;)
