The Aworded matches

Once the Aworded tournament has started, you as participant can see on the page of the tournament the details of your current match in this tournament (you must be logged in).

You are asked to follow the game instructions and report the results here after the Aworded match is finished.

If you have won you click on I have won and when you have lost you click on I have lost. Depending on the tournament format a tie is also possible.

The scores of the Aworded match can be entered and changed during the whole match time.

Match time

The blue bar below indicates the match duration. The match time starts directly as soon as the match is visible on the tournament page. The Aworded match should be played within the total match time. After the expiry of the match time, reported scores and results are permanent.

24 hours before expiration of the match time we send all participants who still haven't reported their result, a reminder. Our system looks after the expiration of the match time at the reported results and scores. If there aren't indicated any score or results, our system randomly determined the winner of the match. We therefore recommend you in case of no response from an opponent to indicate in advance that you (temporarily) have won the game and to report the current score.

Sportsmanship

We encourage everyone to play fair. However, everyone can join our tournaments and thereby it will unfortunately sometimes prevent that the less sportive / active members participate. If you are dealing with an unfair or unresponsive opponent, you can report it by answering a received e-mail from the referee.

Much Aworded fun!
